Don't waste space on the taskbar
|
In keeping with the spirit of the previous tip, screen real estate is valuable; hide the Windows taskbar to maximize space. Select the Start|Settings|Taskbar menu, set the Auto Hide check box. The task bar will now only be visible if you move your mouse to the bottom of the screen. Many of the screen layouts provided for Location and Terrain don't quite work with the Taskbar visible. |
